The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ralph A. Tavano age 27, of 261 Desmond Road Clyde, New York for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Tavano entered a Town of Seneca Falls business and took two car batteries valued at $180.00, and exited the business without paying. Tavano was arraigned before the Town of Junius Court and committed to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $1000 bail/$2000 bond. Tavano is to appear before the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 26th, 2011 at 9:00am for further action.
