The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Jennifer M. Hammerstone 24, of 21 Main St., Hornell NY on the charges of Grand Larceny 4th and Misapplication of Property. The charges stem from an incident involving a Town of Seneca Falls business where Hammerstone allegedly did not pay for or return property from a business agreement. Hammerstone was arrested by the Hornell Police Department on a warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. She was turned over to Seneca County Deputies and arraigned before the Town of Seneca Falls court. She was committed to the Seneca County Correctional facility on $1000.00 cash bail or $2000.00 secured bond. She is to reappear 10-18-11 for further court action.
