On 10/13/11 at approximately 1:40 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joshua R. Goodman, age 31, of 23 Mynderse Street, Seneca Falls, NY for3 counts of Harassment in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. The arrest stems from a police investigation in which Goodman is accused of repeatedly getting into a physical altercation with a female resident during a domestic dispute at his residence and damaging property at the residence. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $2000 Cash/$4000 Bond. Due to his level of intoxication during the arraignment, Goodman has to re-appear in court at 2 p.m. today. A stay-away order of protection was issued for the victim.
