On October 8th 2011, at approx. 12:29AM, the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Larry H. Barlow II, age 26 of 237 Lodi Court Road Ontario, NY 14549. Barlow was charged with Open Container when Police observed Barlow carrying an open alcoholic beverage while walking up Bridge Street. Barlow was released on an Appearance Ticket directing him to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 13, 2011 at 10:00AM.On October 9th 2011, at approx. 2:49AM, the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Rachael M. Chiclana, age 28 of 1 Church Street Apartment A Waterloo, NY13165. Police observed a vehicle cross the double solid line on West Bayard Street. Officers then learned that Chiclana was the driver of the vehicle. At the completion of the investigation Police found Chiclana to be intoxicated. Police also learned that Chiclana was previously charged on November 9, 2006 out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for DWI. Chiclana was then transported back to the police department where she then consented to the chemical test and gave a BAC reading of 0.20%. Chiclana was then charged with Failed to Keep Right, Felony DWI and Felony Aggravated DWI. Chiclana was then arraigned at the Town of Junius Court where she was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. Chiclana has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 14, 2011 at 11:00AM for her Felony Hearing.
