On October 4th, 2011 at approx. 8:13 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested John M. Hitchcock, age 41 from 67 Green Street Seneca Falls, NY for Disorderly Conduct. The arrest stems from an incident on September 22nd 2011 at 11:48 PM where a citizen allegedly witnessed Hitchcock urinate near a business on West Bayard Street. The citizen then reported to police that when he yelled at the male urinating, the male turned around and threatened the citizen. The Seneca Falls Police located the suspected male a short time after this incident who was identified by police as Hitchcock. The citizen then signed an information for the above charge. The information was later submitted to the Seneca Falls Town Court for a warrant. Hitchcock was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney were he plead guilty to the above charge. Hitchcock was ROR to pay his fine on a later date.
