On 09/30/11 at approximately 12:55 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Mike D. Thom, age 22, of 200 Shorewood Drive, Webster, NY for Disorderly Conduct. The arrest comes after Thom was observed by a village police officer urinating in front of local business in downtown Seneca Falls. He was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear on 10/20/11 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charge.On 10/04/11 at approximately 1:59 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John E. Hand, age 23, of 241 E. Main Street, Waterloo, NY on a bench warrant issued for failing to pay a fine stemming from an arrest for Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the 4th Degree. He was located by officers from the Clyde Police Department and taken into custody on the bench warrant. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and paid the fine in full.
