Seneca Falls Police Beat for 10/3/11 – FingerLakes1.com Archive

On 10/02/11 at about 04:17 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Elizabeth R. Wilkins age 32, of 8400 Leroy Street, Interlaken, NY. Wilkins was arrested on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for failing to appear on a Parking ticket. Wilkins was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court in front of the Honorable Judge Dean and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 dollars cash bail or $500 dollars insured bond. Wilkins is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10/05/2011 at 9 AM. On 10/03/2011 at about 12:36 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Shaun J. Payne age 31, of 29 Walnut Street, Auburn NY. Payne was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle with more than .08% Blood Alcohol Content and Speed in Zone. Payne provided a breath sample which showed him having a .11% Blood Alcohol Content. He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Mahoney where he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 dollars cash bail or $2000 dollars insured bond. Payne is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10/12/11 at 9AM.
