The Aurora Inn Dining Room will continue its epicurean events season with a New York Craft Beer Dinner on Tuesday, October 11, 2011. In this dinner, the chefs of the Aurora Inn shed light on the mystery of pairing beer with food. The meal¹s impressive selection of brews has been carefully chosen to highlight craft breweries of New York State, including Middle Ages, Brewery Ommegang, and Sixpoint Brewery. Explore the range of flavors, from the dry hoppiness of a lager paired with a charcuterie plate of sausage and paté, to a craft wheat beer that will complement any grilled seafood dish. The $75 prix fixe meal offers six beer-paired courses, along with a reception beer. Diners are invited to a 6:30 p.m. reception, followed by a 7 p.m. dinner. To make reservations, please call the Aurora Inn at 315-364-8888.More information on the Aurora Inn Dining Room can be found at http://www.innsofaurora.com.
