On 09/27/2011 at about 02:21 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Gary A. Goodman age 55, of 84 Owasco Street, Auburn, NY. Goodman was detained by Auburn City Police Dept for a separate incident and it was later found after a police investigation that Goodman had four separate bench warrants issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court by Judge Mahoney for Fail to Pay Fine. Goodman was turned over to Seneca Falls Police where he was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court in front of the honorable Judge Mattoon and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500 dollars cash bail or $3000 dollars insured bond. Goodman is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 09/28/11 at 9 AM to answer the charges.
