The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested John R Malta, age 28 of 123 E Main St Waterloo on a Bench Warrant issued out Seneca Falls Town Court for Failure to Pay Fine on an original charge of Petit Larceny. Malta was arraigned at the Seneca Falls Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash, $4,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear at on October 12, 2011.
