Pair of early Sunday urination arrests in Seneca Falls

On September 25th, 2011 at approx. 1:30 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested Julie A. Price, age 42 from 3474 Woodworth Road Geneva, NY for Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. On this date at approximately 12:52 AM the Seneca Falls Police were dispatched to a report of a female sleeping under a tree on Cayuga Street near Fall Street. Upon police arrival it was discovered that Mrs. Price was highly intoxicated. Officers spoke with Price and it was agreed upon by both parties to contact a taxi cab company to bring Price home. While the officer was waiting for the taxi cab company to arrive Price asked the officer if she could walk over to a nearby business and urinate next to some bushes. Price was advised numerous times by the officer not do that as Price walked over and urinated in plain view next to a parking lot of the nearby business. Price was then placed under arrest by this officer. During this arrest it was discovered that Price was also in possession of marijuana. Price was issued two appearance tickets for the above charges and then placed in the taxi cab to be brought back home. Price is scheduled to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on October 20th, 2011 at 10:00 to answer the charges. On September 25th, 2011 at approximately 2:32 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested Scott T. Young, age 24 from 45 Fall Street Seneca Falls, NY for Disorderly Conduct. On this date and time two Seneca Falls Police Officers were investigating a hit and run property damage motor vehicle accident that occurred on Cowing Street. While officers were investigating this incident they witnessed Young urinating next to a parked vehicle in a public parking lot just off from Cowing Street. Young was issued an appearance ticket for the above charge and ordered to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on September 29th, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
