The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 4887 Route 96A, Romulus N.Y. 14541 for a fire alarm activation. Once on scene it was discovered that allegedly a 14 yr old Town of Varick juvenile pulled the pull station which activated the fire alarm. Varick Fire Department responded and discovered there was no fire. Deputies arrested the juvenile and issued a juvenile appearance ticket charging the youth with Falsely Reporting an Incident 2nd degree. The youth will appear at the Seneca County Probation Dept. on 09/28/11 at 10:00 am to answer to the charge.
