Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested Thomas A Ingandello, 25, of 6125 State Route 414 in the Town of Romulus , for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in 7th degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in 5th degree. It is alleged that Ingandello was in Possession of a controlled substance that had been taken from a residence in the Town of Romulus while sheriffs were investigating a non related incident. Ingandello was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Romulus Court on Oct 21st 2011, to answer the charges.
