Blevins, 23 with no permanent address for Violation of Probation.Blevins was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and remanded to jail without bail.Blevins is to reappear in court at a later date and time to answer the charge.The Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the Canandaigua City Police Department.
