Seneca Falls Police Beat for 9/15 – FingerLakes1.com Archive

On 09/13/11 at approximately 5:01 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John D. McNabb Jr., age 44, of 50 Seymour Street, Auburn, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree following a traffic stop by village police after he was observed not wearing his seatbelt. A check of his license showed that his driving privileges were suspended and that McNabb had a previous conviction for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. McNabb was also charged with not wearing his seatbelt and failure to surrender his license after suspension. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $750 Cash/$1500 Bond and is to re-appear in court on 09/28/11 at 11:00 a.m. to answer the charges.On 09/14/11 at approximately 8:19 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joseph T. Wendt, age 32, of 55 W. Bayard Street, Apt. 2, Seneca Falls, NY on a warrant for Harassment 2nd. The arrest stems from a domestic dispute in which Wendt is accused of getting into a physical altercation with a village resident. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was released after posting $250 cash bail. He is to re-appear in court on 09/28/11 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charge. A stay-away order of protection was issued for the victim.
