Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that on 09/14/11 Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Adam P. Anderson, age 26, of 240 Main Street Apt. 2 Phelps NY for Grand Larceny in the third degree. Anderson is accused of stealing hot water baseboards and copper pipe valued at $4,750 from a Town of Fayette resident in November 2010 and then selling them for scrap. Anderson was arraigned before the Town of Fayette Court and was released without bail. He is scheduled to reappear in court on 10/05/11.
