Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Travis M. Swett age 33 of 8382 Main Street Interlaken Apt #3 for Criminal Contempt 2nd. Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a Domestic Incident in the Town of Covert where it is alleged that Swett shoved an 18 year old female who was a protected party on an order of protection from Seneca County Family Court. Swett was arraigned before Town of Ovid Justice Ewing and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility with no bail. Swett will appear in Town of Covert Court on September 19th at 10:00 am.
