On Monday, September 12, 2011 at 2:50 PM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Joshua D. Norcott, age 24, of 5 N. Gorham Street,Waterloo, for Criminal Mischief 4th degree and Harassment 2nd degree. It is alleged that on September 12, 2011, Mr. Norcott got into a verbalargument with a village resident and was threatening him while holding a baseball bat. Mr. Norcott then allegedly smashed a window out in thevictim’s car with the baseball bat. Mr. Norcott was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was released on his own recognizance. An order ofprotection was issued for the victim. Mr. Norcott is due back in Village Court on October 19 at 09:00 AM.
