The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Ryan T. Cowles, age 20, of 5 Chadwick Drive, Waterloo, NY following a traffic stop on W. Williams St. in the Village of Waterloo. Deputies observed Cowles operating a 2005 Dodge Stratus fail to stop at a stop sign. During the traffic stop Deputies discovered multiple drug paraphernalia items, a large quantity of marijuana, cocaine, and hash. Cowles was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd, and Failure to Stop at Stop Sign. He is scheduled to appear at the Village of Waterloo Court on 11/09/2011 at 09:00am to answer to the charges.
