A 24-year-old Geneva woman was charged Saturday with endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly got high with an aerosol spray can while babysitting a small child.Candice Marie Scobee of 262 William St., allegedly inhaled the aerosol and became unconscious while caring for a 17-month-old child, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.Scobee was arraigned in Seneca Town Court and is being held in the Ontario County Jail.
