Woman arrested for DWI after running SF red light

On 09/10/2011 at approx. 1:49 AM the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Debra J. Moore, age 53 of 119 Oswego River Road Phoenix, NY 13135. Police stopped Moore after she was observed operating her vehicle on Bridge Street where she drove through a red traffic light. After interviewing Moore, police found her to be operating her vehicle in an intoxicated manner. Officers then learned through the Seneca County 911 Center that Moore was allegedly charged with a DWI back in April of 2011 out of the City of Rochester. Moore was then charged with DWI, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC greater than 0.08%, Passed Red Signal, Violation of a Restricted License and Felony AUO 1st. Moore was then arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where she was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 ins bond. Moore has a Felony Hearing set for September 14, 2011 at 4:00 PM.
