Flooding on NYS Route 13 South (Elmira Road) has subsided allowing the Route 15 to go back into service Thursday afternoon. In addition, the Route 67 is no longer on detour.However, due to poor road conditions, Route 52 is still unable to travel into Tioga County until further notice. Route 68 is expected to return to normal service on Friday.TCAT supervisors and dispatchers continue to monitor weather and road conditions and will continue to issue updates if and when more information becomes available.TCAT apologizes for any inconvenience.
