Farmington, N.Y. — A Farmington woman was charged just past 5 p.m. Sept. 6 with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree harassment and resisting arrest after an alleged incident at her home, said Ontario County sheriff’s deputies. According to deputies, April M. Carron, 49, allegedly was intoxicated around an eight-year-old, three-year-old and one-year-old. When police arrived, she allegedly fought the deputy at the scene, kicked him and tried to bite him, deputies said. She was arraigned in Farmington Town Court and sent to Ontario County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 insurance bond. She will return to court at a later date.
