On September 5, 2011 at approx. 9:03 PM, the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Sara L. Smith, age 22 of 49 Mynderse Street Apartment 2 Seneca Falls, NY and Jayme L. Bartmann, age 25 of 47 Mynderse Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. �Police responded to 2 Fall Street after receiving multiple complaints involving both subjects causing disturbances with the residence. �Police then issued warnings to both individuals and ordered them to leave the building. �A short time later police then received two more calls on the individuals returning to the building and entering. �Police then placed both in custody for Disorderly Conduct and then transported them back to the police department. �Once at the office, officer’s then learned that both Smith and Bartmann were in possession of marijuana that they had hidden in their bra’s. �Both were then arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where they were both committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1000 ins bond. �Both have to appear back in court on September 14, 2011 at 9:00 AM.On September 5, 2011 at approx. 11:30 PM, the Village of Seneca Falls Police responded to 18 Pine Street for a noise complaint. �Once on scene officer’s were able to observe several individuals running back inside the apartment. �Police were then able to gather up all the individuals, and learned that all subjects were consuming alcohol. �Police then charged the following:Alaina M. Leone, age 19 of 18 Pine Street apartment B Seneca Falls, NY with 5 counts of unlawfully Dealing with a Child, 1 count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and 1 count of Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. Paul J. Deal, age 19 of 1400 State Rt 96 Apartment D40 Waterloo, NY 13165, charged with Unlawfull Possession of Alcohol. Deal along with three other minors were issued Appearance tickets and were released to their parents. �Deal and the three minors have to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on September 15, 2011 at 10:00 AM. Leone was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where she was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 ins bond. �Leone has to appear back in court on September 14, 2011 at 9:00 AM.
