The Waterloo Police Department arrested Charles K. Ostrowski Jr. age 29 of 44 West Elizabeth Street Waterloo, NY 13165 for Trespass and Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree. It is alleged that while at the Post Lounge in the Village of Waterloo, Ostrowski broke two draft glasses and refused to leave when told to do so by the bartender. Ostrowski was issued an appearance ticket and was released. He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon on September 21, 2011 to answer the charges.
