Auburn man arrested for failure to pay fine

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff Deputies arrested Terry L. Anderson age 50 of 46 Orchard Street, Auburn, NY on a bench warrant for failure to pay fine out of the Town of Waterloo Court. Anderson was arraigned before the Village of Waterloo Court Justice Mattoon and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500.00 cash bail $1,000.00 certified bond. Anderson is to re-appear at the Town of Waterloo Court on September 6th 2011 at 1:00pm to answer to the charge.
