On August 30, 2011 at approximately 4 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joshua S. Moriarity, age 20, of 27 Green Street Seneca Falls NY 13148 for Harassment in the second degree. Seneca Falls Police responded to a domestic dispute in which Moriarity is accused of engaging in a physical altercation with another male village resident. Moriarity is accused of punching a fourteen year old male in the face and head several times. Moriarity was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $250 cash or $500 bond. Moriarity has to re-appear in court on September 14, 2011 at 9 am. A stay-away order of protection was issued for the victim.
