Farmington, N.Y. — Two local 20-year-olds were jailed after allegedly having fake IDs at the Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack. Aaron Sabastian Tornow, of 3140 Whitney Road, Stanley, and Sean J. Sweeney, of 21 N. Wayne St., Phelps, were charged Aug. 26 with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, according to Ontario County sheriff’s deputies. Deputies say each of the men had fraudulent Pennsylvania driver’s licenses that showed they were over the age of 21. They were arraigned in Farmington Town Court and taken to Ontario County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash/$2,000 insurance bond. They are scheduled to appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
