On August 25, 2011 at about 2:04 pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Terri G. Clark, age 26 of 214 Fall Street, apt. A Seneca Falls NY 13148 for petit larceny. The arrest stems from an investigation when the manager of a Seneca Falls convenience store reported a larceny of scratch off lottery tickets. Clark was interviewed and admitted to the officer that she would scratch off the tickets and when she had a winning ticket, she would cash winnings from the stores cash register. Clark was processed and was released on an appearance ticket. Clark is schedule to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on September 8, 2011 at 10 am.
