On Sunday, August 21, 2011 at 12:00 PM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested a 17-year-old Waterloo youth for Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 7th Degree and possession of Alcohol under 21 years old. The youth was observed in the back parking lot of the St. May’s Church on Center Street on August 18, 2011 and was in possession ofcontrolled substance prescription medication and alcohol. The youth was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to be in Waterloo Village Court at a later date.
