Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Matthew J. Adams, age 28, of 4231 Yost Road, Waterloo, NY on August 20th, 2011 at about 2:26am following a traffric stop on Bridge Street. Adams was charged with Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign, Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of More than .08%, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Adams was found with a small quantity of cocaine during the investigation. Adams was released and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 25th, 2011 at 10:00am.
