On Wednesday, early in the morning at about 3:38 AM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested John J. Pisano, age 24, of Center Street, Waterloo for exposure of a person and resisting arrest.Waterloo Police observed Mr. Pisano standing in the middle of East Williams Street with his pants down and he was urinating in the middle of the road. When police confronted Mr. Pisano and told him he was under arrest he took off running to avoid apprehension.Mr. Pisano lead police on a foot chase through several back yards and was finally apprehended behind a residence in the Village of Waterloo.During his arrest, it was discovered that Pisano is on parole in New York State. He was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was sent to the Seneca County Jail with no bail and is scheduled to be back into Village court on 10/5/11.
