Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Frank M. Davenport JR age 18 of 2132 Rt. 5 & 20 Seneca Falls, NY on an arrest warrant for violation of probation. Davenport did not show up for a scheduled probation appointment and was arrested at his residence. He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail without bail. He is to re-appear on August 24, 2011 to answer to the charge.
