The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff Deputies arrested Shautee M. Brown age 20 of 583 Lamb Road Seneca Falls for Criminal Mischief 3rd a Class E felony. The charges stem from a domestic incident where it is alleged that Brown damaged furniture and property inside a Town of Tyre residence valued at about $370.00. Brown was arraigned before Tyre Town Justice Jans-Duffy and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000 cash or $4000 bond and will reappear August 17th 2011 at 6 p.m.
