The Sim Redmond Band: Their infectious blend of African-influenced reggae-tinged roots rock combined with beautifully sung lyrics full of hope, love and lessons learned give the band a deeply honest, positive sound.The Taughannock Falls State Park 2011 Summer Concert Series highlights our rich local talent. The concert series, now in its 33rd year, is one of the most popular events in the region. It features a wide variety of high quality music performed on the shore of beautiful Cayuga Lake. The concerts take place at 7:00 p.m. on seven consecutive Saturday evenings from July 9th through August 20th. The concerts are held on the south lawn at Taughannock Falls State Park off of NYS Route 89 in Trumansburg, New York. Bring your picnics, blankets and lawn chairs and get ready to enjoy an evening of music. The concert parking fee is just $5.00 per carload.
