The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a flash flood warning for Ontario County and eastern Livingston County until 5pm today.The warning says that heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected, with rainfall of over two inches to hit some areas in less than two hours.Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall is expected to cause flooding of small creeks and streams.
