A Flash Flood Warning has been extended for portions of Monroe, Wayne, Livingston and Ontario Counties until 8:15 PM. While the heaviest rain has ended for central Monroe County including the city of Rochester, there is still runoff across much of the area leaving driving conditions difficult. Doppler radar has estimated 3-4 inches of rain has fallen across parts of the area. If you are planning on heading out this evening take caution and if a road is flooded, do not drive though it.
