The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrests of William H. Ludwig, 17 and Christopher G. Ludwig, 16 both of 79 Stark Street Waterloo, NY.William was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation and Christoper was charged with Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree.The arrests are the result of an investigation of a domestic incident at the Ludwig residence where it is alleged that William did place his hands and / or arms around the throat of a person. Christopher is alleged to have intentionally broken a window.Both were arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 secure bond. Both are to answer their respective charges at a later date and time.
