The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on August 11th, 2011 at 10:06 PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested David A. Cook, age 62, of 2037 Powderly Road, Waterloo, on Powderly Road in the Town of Waterloo. Hewas charged with DWI/DWI (BAC) and did appear before the Town of Waterloo, Justice Marsh on August 11th, 2011 to answer the charges.Cook was also charged with Criminal Mischief 4th for allegedly ramming a mini-van to leave his driveway.
