On 08/11/2011 at about 06:44 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Michelle T. Thomas age 26 of 13 Miller Street, Seneca Falls, NY and Nicole L. Lonthair age 27, of the same address for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Seneca Falls Police responded to a local business where it was reported that three small children were in the parking lot near traffic that was entering and exiting the business. Further investigation revealed that the children were ages 5, 6, and 8 and that they were at the business without supervision. The children were transported back to their residence at 13 Miller Street where it was found that both Thomas and Lonthair were asleep. Thomas and Lonthair were placed into custody and were processed and released on appearance tickets. Both Thomas and Lonthair are scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Court on 08/25/2011 at 10 AM.
