The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Deputies arrested Michael A. Gibson age 16 of 4887 Rt 96A Romulus, NY for falsely reporting an incident in the second degree. The charge stems from an incident in which Gibson pulled a fire alarm at a residential facility in the Town of Varick when there was no actual emergency. Gibson was arraigned in the Town of Lodi Court where he was remanded to the Seneca County Jail in Lieu of $5000 cash or $10,000 bond bail. He is to reappear in Town of Lodi Court on August 12, 2011 to answer to the charge.
