The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff Deputies arrested Holly M Sheehy, age 35 of 3471 Palombi Way Aurora, NY for Confinement of a companion animal in a vehicle in extreme temperatures. It is alleged that on August 10, 2011 while at a Town of Junius business Sheehy did leave a small dog inside a vehicle unattended whereas the weather condition, temperature and length of time deemed to be potentially hazardous to the dog’s well being. The dog was uninjured as a result of the incident. Sheehy is scheduled to appear at the Junius Town Court on September 13, 2011 to answer the charge.
