The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff Deputies arrested Douglas V. Brown 18, of 14 John St., Seneca Falls, NY on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Clinging to a Moving Motor Vehicle. The charges stem from a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Fayette between Brown and a Town of Seneca Falls resident.It is alleged that Brown, during the incident blocked the lane of travel as the victim tried to leave the scene. He then grabbed the victim and hung on to the vehicle as it drove away. Brown was arraigned before the Town of Seneca Falls court as an order of protection was requested. The Town of Seneca Falls court issued a stay away order of protection on behalf of the victim. Brown was then committed to the Seneca County correctional facility on $250.00 cash bail or $500.00 secured bond. He is to appear before the Town of Fayette court on 08-31-11 to answer charges.
