A car-pedestrian fatality occurred early Sunday morning in the village of Watkins Glen. Village but police did not release information on the accident until Wednesday.Police say an eastbound car on State Route 414 driven by 80-year-old Henry Lembeck of Watkins Glen, NY struck a pedestrian on Decatur Street around 5:30 a.m. Sunday.79-year-old Harold Harris, also of Watkins Glen, was airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, where he was pronounced dead.No charges are expected to be filed against Lembeck.
