Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested Dewayne A Simmons, 31, of 45 Dana St Rochester NY 14605, for a felony charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the 1st degree. The charges stem after Deputies pulled a vehicle over for speeding on State Route 318 and found Simmons to be the operator while his license had previously been revoked and suspended 25 times, 19 of which were on 11 different dates making it a felony. Simmons was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2000 cash bail, $4,000 secured bond. Simmons is to reappear in the Town of Junius on August 4th , 2011, to answer the charges.
