The Waterloo Police Department arrested Tonya M. Snyder age 21 of 35 Clark Street Waterloo, NY 13165 for Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Needle. It is alleged that Snyder had hypodermic needles in her possession while the Waterloo Police Department was investigating a domestic violence report. During the time of the investigation, Snyder did not have a prescription or any other legal documentation stating that she could be in possession of these needles. Snyder was issued an Appearance Ticket and was released. She is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on September 21, 2011 to answer the charge.
