The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrests of Heather M. Valder, 18 of 4 East Elisha Street Apt. 1 Waterloo, NY and Shannon S. Peters, 47 of 146 East Main Street Apt. 3 Waterloo, NY.Both females were charged with Harassment in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.The arrests stems from the report of a fight at Valder’s residence involving the two females. The fight occurred in the presence of Valder’s infant daughter.Both females were arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and released on their own recognizance to reappear at a later date and time.A Class ‘A’ Order of Protection was issued on behalf of both females.
