The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested David B. Kolbash, 29, of 78 Center Street in Waterloo, New York, on a bench warrant issued out of the Junius Town Court for Violation of Pre-Trial Release on the original charges of Burglary in the third degree and Grand Larceny in the fourth degree. Kolbash was arraigned in the Junius Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail. Kolbash is to reappear in the Seneca County Court at a later date.
