On July 21, 2011 at approx. 12:40 AM the Seneca Falls Police arrested Ashley A. Williams, age 20 of 62 North Exchange Street Geneva, NY 14456. Police received a call from the Rochester Police Department stating that the passenger in the vehicle had contacted her mother in Rochester and said that Williams was holding her against her will. Police then observed Williams vehicle on the side of the road on Ovid Street. While interviewing Williams police then learned that a physical altercation took place inside her vehicle with her other half. Police could also smell marijuana in the vehicle. While interviewing Williams further, police found her to be under the influence of drugs. Police then charged Williams with DWAI Drugs, UPM and Harassment 2nd. Williams was then arraigned at the Town of Tyre Court in front of Judge Mills. Williams was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail $1,000.00 ins bond. Williams has to appear back at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 27, 2011 at 10:00AM.On July 21, 2011 at approx. 6:32PM the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Mary A. Howe, age 35 of 46 Center Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Police received multiple 911 calls on a Nissan Altima on Auburn road which was all over the roadway. Police then observed the Altima on Cayuga Street as the vehicle ran a red light. Police were then able to stop the vehicle on Ovid Street where they then learned that Howe was the driver of the vehicle. While interviewing Howe police found Howe to be under the influence of drugs. Howe was then charged with a UTT, DWAI Drug and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. Howe was then released to a third party. Howe has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 27, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
