The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies investigated a one car PIMVA on South Town Building Road in the Town of Ovid. The car involved was a 1993 Subaru, driven by Sarah E.TenEyck, age 27, of 2530 Parish Road. The accident occurred when the driver, headed northbound, swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway and lost control, overturning several times in the area of Parish Road. The Driver sustained minor abrasions from the seatbelt and was transported to Cayuga Medical Center.
